What is a DVR?
A digital video recorder (DVR) is for recording and retrieving video streams from up to four channels (one CCTV camera per channel) at the same time. It adopts digital image compression to compress the video streams and uses a hard disk to record the compressed video stream. No more tapes, no more fuzzy pictures and no more storage problems. You can store, search and downoad crystal clear images in digital format on the internal hard disk.
Internet and Network Connectivity
Access, search, store, and download both high quality images via your network using the built-in RJ45 Ethernet port. Remotely access your images from anywhere in the world using your Internet Explorer browser (Supports TCP/IP DDNS).
PC Connectivity
Search, store and download both high quality images and video directly to your PC via a standard USB port (cables and software is included).
Remote Control
Control all functions of this DVR with a hand held Remote Control.
VGA Output
As well as the industry standard BNC output, you can also watch your images on a standard PC or CCTV monitor.
