Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep the details of your transaction, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Unless stated otherwise, most of our products are covered by our no-quibble 7-day money-back guarantee. Just contact us and return them to us unused in the original packaging, with the receipt and we'll give you a refund.
We do not offer a trial service and must stress that
returned items must be unused and still the 'as new' condition. Any signs or indication of usage will invalidate your 7 day money back return guarantee and we will not honour any refund or the return delivery costs.
Items returned within 7 days are subject to the following surcharge to cover the cost of testing, restocking and the initial delivery charges we incurred:
- Item(s) priced 0 - £48.99 - £4.99 including VAT
- Item(s) priced £49.00 and above £9.99 including VAT
It is the customer’s responsibility for the safe return of any item including the relevant postage costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns must be in an ‘
as new’ and unused condition. Any products, which may have incurred damage and/or missing, will be charged to the customer.
