Faulty Items

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us due to a fault which is beyond our control.

When a fault is discovered, it is important to us we deal with the issue swiftly so not to inconvenience you further.

Items faulty within the first 28 days
If your items are faulty within the first 28 days items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items faulty after 28 days but within 12 months
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Please return the faulty item(s) with the receipt and we'll usually be able to repair it for you. If we can't offer a repair, we'll usually give you a replacement.

Items faulty  after 12 months
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 12 months since receipt, then you are entitled to a repair which maybe chargable.

Please contact us prior to returning any product that is more than 12 months since receipt so we can establish the best course of action.

Returns Authorations
All returned items require a Returns Authorisation Number.
