This camera has a colour 1/3" colour Sony CCD which offers an amazing high resolution 700TVL (TV lines) picture quality, colour depth and reproduction is unbelieveable and have to be seen to be apreciated.
Flexible installation.
The '3D' design works like a ball and socket mechanism which allows allows you to situate the camera in a convenient viewing position. The camera to be mounted either horizontally or vertically on walls or ceilings and safely at ground floor level (out of arms reach) as the valdal proof design can withstand tampering.
Manual zoom and manual focus lens.
You can manually fine tune the focal length and focus offering you the flexibility to capture the exact area with a crystal clear image. Zoom in to 'frame' the picture and image you require. Simply insert a flat headed screwdriver and adjust the focal length from extra wide 4.0mm through to 9.0mm. Ideal for installation at entrances or exits where both identification or observation is required.
Automatically switching night vision.
Not only do you get crisp colour image in normal light, the camera also has internally housed efficient Infra-red LED's so the camera can see in total darkness. When the camera detects low light, the internal sensor seamlessly switches the camera's Infra-red LED's on and switched to black and white mode.
Vandal Proof Casing.
The camera has a toughened alloy/metal body known as 'vandal proof' as it's designed to withstand reasonable impacts and tampering which makes it ideal for higher risk applications.
Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)/3D DNR (Digital Noise Reduction)
What sets this camera apart from the competition is the very useful Wide Dynamic Range feature which allows the camera to provide vivid colours without loosing any detail, even under back light circumstances or where intensity of illumination can vary excessively within the picture. Difficult lighting conditions are automatically compensated to view the image details in both bright and dark areas without affecting the overall picture quality.
Automatic White Balance (AWB).
Unlike cheap CCTV cameras this camera has Automatic White Balance (AWB) which allows images to be reproduced exactly as they should be and without any colour variations or hazes.
Camera Connections.
You'll find the usual industry standard BNC and 2.1mm 12v DC connections on the camera allowing you to connect it to with any TV, Video or CCTV/DVR equipment using a suitable cable...
