If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase we'll exchange the item or give you a refund. Please ensure you read and understood the specification of the product before using or installing any product.

Used products in damaged packaging or not in a saleable condition are excluded from our 28-day money-back guarantee.

Please note all software are excluded from the 28 day money back guarantee. If a product is excluded from our 28-day money-back guarantee, it is clearly displayed on this website.

If your product(s) have qualified for a free gift or promotional product and you return them under our 28-day-money-back-guarantee, the free gift or promotional product must be returned.

Our 28-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

The 'not so' Small Print

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.

Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business or trade customers.
